PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY.
These Anti-Piracy Terms are part of the agreement between you and UpTo Inc. (DBA Ketchup) ("Company").
Each account is for use by a single individual. You may not share, transfer, or allow others to access your login credentials. Unauthorized use, distribution, or resale of Platform access is strictly prohibited. The Platform may monitor logins, IP addresses, and concurrent sessions to detect account sharing or misuse.
Recording, copying, rebroadcasting, or redistributing streamed or downloaded content—whether by screen-capture software, external cameras, or other means—is strictly prohibited. All content is protected by copyright and by the terms of the Organizer Upload & Content License Agreement.
The Platform employs technical and administrative safeguards designed to deter piracy and unauthorized distribution. These may include session-based tokens, encrypted playback streams, individualized watermarking, and limited-duration rental access. Attempts to circumvent or disable these protections (including by use of VPNs or anonymizing tools) are violations of these Terms and may result in account suspension, termination, and/or legal action under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable law.
Violations of these Terms may result in removal of content, account suspension or termination, forfeiture of fees, and referral for legal enforcement. The Platform reserves the right to cooperate with copyright owners and authorities in investigating suspected piracy or unauthorized distribution.
These Anti-Piracy Terms are incorporated by reference into the Platform's Organizer Upload & Content License Agreement, Terms of Use, Refund & Rental Access Policy, and DMCA Policy.
